Experiences
Verified businesses auction their perishable and off-peak inventory like empty tables, quiet rooms, tours and tasting menus. The winner pays through Bidla and receives a booking voucher to redeem. Commission-only, no upfront cost.
How an auction works

Add photos, a description, a starting price and a duration. Pick the auction model that fits: Standard, FireSale or Mystery.

People bid
Verified, 18+ members place binding bids backed by a card on file. Anti-sniping keeps the close fair on open auctions.

Winner pays & gets it
The winner is charged through Bidla. Physical goods are handed over locally; experiences arrive as a booking voucher to redeem.

Different businesses require different auctions. Bidla offers three auction models for you to choose from to increase your revenue.
- Standard
Open ascending auction
The classic auction. Bids climb in the open until the timer ends, and anti-sniping extends the clock on last-second bids, so it stays fair. Highest bid wins. Runs 1 to 7 days.
Best for: signature tables, tasting menus, rooms with steady demand.
- FireSale
Fast, hours not days
A short, urgent auction you can set from 1 to 24 hours, with a floor price you set. The countdown moves perishable, last-minute inventory before it expires tonight.
Best for: same-day cancellations, tonight's empty seats, off-peak slots.
- Mystery
Sealed bids, second price
Everyone bids once, in secret. The highest bidder wins but pays only the second-highest bid (or your reserve). Bidders bid their true max, so you discover what your experience is really worth.
Best for: demand-testing price, premium or one-off experiences.
